		<description>Went to La Curacao in ST. Maria and had to wait for 15 minutes to get a price for a certain artikle since the worker didnt speak any other language then spanisch. Though that was&#039;nt the problem for me. The worker had to wait at least 10 of the 15 minutes waiting next to what seemed to be the manager untill he was finisher with calling, counting money and other stuff what IMHO are things where he has a office for. Knowing that a customer is waiting for a simple anserw i left the building. Without the item times 50 i wqnted to buy since i was planned to sell it in my own country. So i desides to let the &#039;manager&#039; sit on his trown but i&#039;m not spending not even 1 euro in this shop.... Speaking of costumer service....</description>

		<description>STAY AWAY FROM BUDGET CAR RENTAL !!! We secured a 9-day car rental through Expedia in October. The price was guaranteed at ANG 499 ($285 USD), but when we arrived at the airprot desk and presented the Expedia printout the girl at the desk totally disregarded the Expedia price and proceeded to charge me $712. When I refused to sign the slip she told me I couldn&#039;t have the car. Since I declined the insurance, I had to pay for an insurance waiver at $12 per day. That&#039;s $108, included in the $712. The car that we got was a very worn-out Diahatsu Sirion with badly worn tires. After the 7th day one of the tires blew-out, so I took it back to the airport and they exchanged the car for a nicer one of the same model, but when we took the car back on our departure day the woman at the desk told me she couldn&#039;t close the contract until I PAID FOR THE TIRE THAT BLEW OUT!!! Luckily, we took several photos of the tire, along with copies of all of the documentation, which we scanned in preparation for sending to Budget&#039;s US Corporate office along with a full explanation of my experience. If they don&#039;t correct the situation I will contact VISA, who I made the payment thru, and cancel the entire transaction. Let them come after me. My only advice to anyone renting a car in Curacao is STAY AWAY FROM BUDGET.</description>
